A Summer with our Carandillo Collection

Our newest collection of Carandillo bags come from the Qom community in Gran Chaco, Argentina.  They specialize in elaborate basket weaving using the leaves from a shrub-like palm tree, the Carandillo.  The leaves are dried and then used to weave intricate, unique designs into each of their works of art. Follow along with us as we spend the summer days with our favorite new totes!

For the farmer’s market…

Grab one of our larger styles like the Adelaide or Rosa bag for strolls through the market to store your favorite goodies. With a sustainable and durable basket-woven technique, these bags are sure to last you all season long (and beyond). We’re loving ours styled with laid-back linen shorts, or a fresh maxi-dress.
